Colleen Baerg is the owner of Sewing by the Sea; a small sewing studio where she embraces her passion for teaching sewing to students of all ages.
She is a Certified Sewing Instructor through the Palmer Pletsch School of Sewing in Portland, Oregon, and has furthered her learning at countless sewing workshops, and at Pacific Design Academy in Victoria.
Vancouver Island has been home for most of Colleen's life and she has been a part of the Campbell River community for over 30 years.
Youth mentoring has been an interest for Colleen for several years, and she savours opportunities to combine her mentoring skills with her teaching skills. She is fun, energetic and loves to laugh.
